This is a secure site, which enables you to securely input your credit card information.  Entries can be done using this online form including credit card information. You can also print out this form, fill in the blanks, include your credit card information on the bottom, then fax your entry to us at 425-455-9409 It is vital that you include the cardholder's address and, zip code in the registration process.  Any entries that do not have complete cardholder information, including name, address, and phone number, will incur a 10% service charge.  If you do not receive a phone or e-mail confirmation within two days, please call us to make sure we received your entry: 425-497-1051
