Camp
#3: High
School Elite Camp (grades 8-12) August
18 -- 21, Bellevue Community College
9:00
am to 5:00 pm, $160
INDIVIDUAL/TEAM
SKILLS CAMP
This
camp has room for up to 60 Campers
This
is our most popular camp and is for
Elite Athletes
that will play on
their varsity teams in the fall. A letter of recommendation
from you high school or club coach is REQUIRED.
This camp is popular because it is the week before the
beginning of the High School Season (August 25th) and gives
serious volleyball players a head start on their high school
seasons. This
camp is similar to the individual skill camps, only it is designed for the intermediate to advanced volleyball
player. In addition to the basic skill-building
featured in our individual camps this camp will go a step further and
emphasize advanced attacking, blocking, serving ,and
defense; as well as advanced team offensive systems and
defensive systems . With
the higher skill-level of campers, more team and game play
will be emphasized in this camp. Campers will
spend morning sessions on advanced individual skill
development and afternoon sessions will emphasize game-play
and team strategies. An additional feature of this camp will be advanced
training sessions on improving Speed, Agility and Quickness;
leadership, recruiting, and a session in the weight room. The camp will conclude with a camp-wide tournament.
