EVENT RECAP

The First Annual Pacific Northwest AAU District Championship was a success!  Our first ever AAU weekend saw some great competition with 28 teams competing for bids to AAU Championship events.

The tournament featured three age groups and finalists from each age group qualified for various AAU events:

  • The top U18 Girls team qualified for the AAU America's Challenge at Queens Beach, Waikiki, Honolulu, Hawaii on July 25 & 26.
  • The top three U16 Girls teams qualified for the AAU Junior Olympic Games  August 3-5, at the Sands complex in Des Moines, Iowa.
  • The top two teams in the U14 Division qualified for the AAU/VB Rags BEST OF THE BEACH August 15-16, at Roxbury Memorial Park in Beverly Hills, CA
