From Spokane to Wenatchee:
Head west on I-90 to Mile Post 151 or 149 (not
sure from map). Go north 10 miles to Quincy, turn left on Highway 28,
proceed west about 31 miles to E. Wenatchee. Pick up directions from
"To the Park", below.
From Seattle to Wenatchee:
Head East on I-90 to Mile Post 84. Exit to
Cle Elum and follow signs to Highway 970. Go about 8 miles and turn left
onto State Highway 97. Proceed north over Blewett Pass about 40 miles to
State Highway 2. This is a beautiful stretch of road, but it is narrow and
windy, and takes some time. Turn right and proceed west about 15
miles. Wenatchee is on the west side of the Columbia River. But the
park (see below) is in East Wenatchee, Travel time, 3.5 to 4.0
hours.
Alternate Route: Highway 2
terminates to the west at Everett, and players from north of Seattle may want to
follow 2 east to Wenatchee from Everett (or Monroe for Redmond Woodinville
residents.) Travel time will be about 3 hours.
To the Park:
Drive South through Wenatchee on Wenatchee Avenue,
Across the Columbia River Bridge, into East Wenatchee,
Turn left at the light up the hill on Grant Road,
Turn left on Georgia Street, turn Right on 3rd Street,
The park is on your right.
